Brad Lawson
Co-founder and President/CEO

Brad Lawson is President/CEO of YourEncore, Incorporated. Mr. Lawson co-founded YourEncore in October 2003. Lawson is known for being an entrepreneurial executive, exhibiting significant experience in building and managing professional services and business consulting organizations. Lawson has served in senior sales and marketing roles for companies such as Tandem Computers and Sun Microsystems. In 1996, Mr. Lawson co-founded Allegiant Technology Group where he focused the business on customer relationship management. The success he achieved during his time with Allegiant resulted in the Ernst & Young 2000 Entrepreneur of the Year award in the category of Technology and Business Consulting. Mr. Lawson is a native of Indiana and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Evansville.

Michael E. Burns
Chief Technology Officer
Executive Sponsor for Procter & Gamble

Mike joined YourEncore in December, 2003 as Relationship Manager for Procter & Gamble. In his current role as Chief Technology Officer he is responsible for the overall management of YourEncore’s proprietary network of retired and highly-experienced technical Experts. Mike is also Executive Sponsor for our Procter & Gamble relationship, with responsibility for maximizing the value delivered by YourEncore to P&G. Mike retired from Procter and Gamble in 2002 following a 35 year career in technology development, product design, and technical brand management. While at P&G he was appointed Research Fellow in the Fabric & Home Care Technology Division in 1992 and in the Beauty Care Technology Division in 2000. He received a BS from the University of Dayton in 1962 and a PhD in physical-organic chemistry from the University of Florida in 1966.

Tim Tichenor
Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer for YourEncore, Inc., Tim is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. He provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. Tim brings a combination of financial and business development experience to YourEncore, Inc. Before co-founding YourEncore, Inc., Tim served as Vice President of Barnard Associates, Inc., a Midwest provider of business advisory services. Tim received a BBA from the University of Saint Francis and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

John Sampson
Vice President & General Manager, European Operations

As Vice President & General Manager of our European Operations, John is responsible for the development and growth of YourEncore Europe. John joined YourEncore after a 31 year career at 3M. Born and raised in Sunderland, John's career at 3M began at Riker Laboratories in Sunderland as a pharmaceutical sales representative in 1977. Over the next 10 years he held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and general management. He then moved to Brussels and became the European Product Manager for 3M's pharmaceutical division then the European Business Manager for the pharmaceutical European Marketing Subsidiaries. John then moved to the US where he became the International and Marketing Director followed by another move back to Brussels to lead the European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) Medical Markets Business. In 2000, John returned to the US and in January 2001 he was appointed General Manager and then Vice President of the Drug Delivery Systems Division. He retired in February 2008 as Vice President and General Manager of the Pharmaceutical Division after completing the divesture of this business.

Tom Willson
Vice President, Innovation Community

Tom joined YourEncore in August of 2006 and currently serves as Vice President, Innovation Community, responsible for the development and deployment of YourEncore’s Innovation Community. Tom has worked in the information technology and professional services field for over 29 years. He has served in sales management and executive management positions for both Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial firms. Willson was a co-founder of Allegiant Technology Group in 1996 where he served as CEO. Tom won the Ernst & Young Indiana Heartland Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2000 for Business and Technology Consulting. He negotiated and managed the sale of Allegiant Technology Group in 2000 to a private equity investment firm. He remained with the successor firm, Seurat Company, as Managing Director until 2001. In January of 2002, Willson assumed the role of President and CEO of NNC Group, LLC, an Indiana based company providing technology based logistics and recall services to the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.

Ann E. Bastin
Director, Business Operations

Ann began with YourEncore as Programs Manager and quickly moved into the Director of Operations role. In this role, she is responsible for the oversight of Human Resources, Staffing, Recruiting, Facilities, IT, Accounting and Billing, Compliance, and many other functions within YourEncore. In previous positions, Ann has developed extensive healthcare industry experience, exhibiting significant knowledge of commercial health plan business as well as Medicare, Medicaid, regional Durable Medical Equipment contract administration, provider credentialing, capitation, claims processing, customer service and implementations. She has served in numerous business operations roles for companies such as ACS Healthcare and WellMed of Indiana. Most significantly, Ann held a 12-year tenure at Anthem where she served as Operations Manager for their risk bearing, multi-specialty physician network and Manager, Government Programs for the Medicare carrier and intermediary acting as the primary liaison to the Government. Ann is a native of Indiana and graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration.

Lisa M. Arbogast
Director, Life Sciences Division

As Director of the Life Sciences Division for YourEncore, Lisa is responsible for strategy, implementation, and management of all functional areas within the Division. Lisa is also responsible for the creation of Life Science Communities of Practice and Service Offerings within the YourEncore Network. Lisa brings a background in both Marketing and Life Sciences to YourEncore from her previous experience at the Kimberly Clark Corporation. Lisa has over 17-years of corporate experience encompassing medical capital equipment, reusables, disposables, pharmaceutical and diagnostic products. Lisa has an established reputation as a consultant within her industry. Her solid experience and innovative approach has resulted in developing marketing strategies for life science companies and their products. Lisa earned a Business degree from Indiana University and has completed extensive corporate training programs in addition to working with leading Fortune 500 companies in the Life Science industry.

Joe Moidl
Director, Food Innovation

As the Director of YourEncore’s newest division, Food Innovation, Joe focuses on driving innovation in the food industry. Joe is responsible for the management and recruitment of food specific expertise, the development of food industry specific service offerings and the development of food industry Member Companies. Joe is an executive on loan from General Mills, Incorporated. Prior to joining YourEncore, Joe held positions of increasing responsibility at General Mills and in the Frito Lay Research and Development divisions. Joe has led product and process development divisions at these companies, which have delivered industry recognized innovation in both retail and food service business segments. In addition to his efforts at YourEncore, Joe is President of his international fraternity, Phi Kappa Sigma. Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering

Jill Snyder
Director, Marketing

As the Director of Marketing, Jill oversees all aspects of marketing including public relations, branding, internet marketing, lead generation, strategy, and marketing communications. Jill brings a combination of marketing and entrepreneurialism to YourEncore. She has previously held the position as vice president of marketing for such marketing technology companies as ExactTarget and Aprimo. In her 26 years in the high tech market, Jill has been part of the founding team of three high tech start-ups, held various marketing positions for Software Artistry and Tivoli , and began her career with IBM.

Herb Young
Director, Expert Communities

As Director of Expert Communities, Herb is responsible for recruiting and maintaining high quality expertise for the YourEncore Network of Experts. In addition, he plays a role in developing new and innovative ways in which the Network of Experts can be utilized, and in which the Experts can use collaborate tools to solve the technical questions and problems of Your Encore’s Member Companies. Prior to joining YourEncore, Herb worked for Procter & Gamble as a technical manager in food and beverage product and technology development. He retired from P&G after 31 years of service. Herb holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
