YourEncore is an innovation services provider that recruits and manages a network of recently retired and / or highly experienced scientific and engineering professionals. The skills and expertise of these veteran Experts are matched with the project needs of our clients with the goal of accelerating innovation. To fulfill these project needs YourEncore seeks to enroll in our proprietary network scientists, engineers, product developers, market research specialists, quality control experts, medical professionals and business development managers. Technical disciplines of particular interest include those associated with the consumer product, pharmaceutical / life science, aerospace / defense, food, chemical and electronic industries. YourEncore’s network of Experts includes prior experience in industry, universities, government laboratories and many other organizations.

YourEncore works closely with our Member Companies to identify and define critical projects that require the skills and experience found in our network of Experts. The project establishment process includes definition of project scope, goals, success criteria, timing and budget. Projects encompass a wide range of the activities associated with innovation – from concept definition to manufacturing. Projects can be part or full time, and range from one day to multiple months of effort. YourEncore personnel are responsible for matching projects needs with Expert expertise, and work closely with client Project Leaders to make certain each project is staffed with the required resources. YourEncore handles all administrative details, including ensuring confidentiality and protection of intellectual property.

Enrolling as an Expert makes your skills and experience available for matching with client needs. You may be contacted by YourEncore to better determine how well you match a specific need. Enrolled Experts are free to accept only those projects which match their interest and experience.

Your enrollment will be reviewed by YourEncore, and you will be notified if a determination is made that your skill set is not sufficiently aligned with the needs of our clients.

To enroll as an Expert with YourEncore, you will need to create a profile in our Network. To expedite the process, it will be helpful to have the following items before you begin the process. The enrollment process will take approximately 30-45 minutes.

• Resume or Curriculum Vitae - you will need to submit this upon completion of enrollment
• Summary - you will be asked to submit a summary that will be used to market your skills to Member Companies for potential projects. This summary includes:
• Summary - High level overview of your experiences, contributions, publications, etc. Please include total years of experience and limit to 3-5 sentences.
• Core Competencies - Bulleted list of relevant experiences, areas of competency, areas of expertise. (Top 5-10 in order of level of expertise)
• Degrees & Certifications - College, Degree, Major, Year Graduated. (Please list highest degree first, showing all degrees with a BS and higher) Please also list any professional certifications.
• Experience - List employment experiences - Name of Company, length of employment (# of years not actual dates), retired since, retired as (name and role).
• At least 3 references
• Include name, relationship, employer/title, and contact information.

Please be very detailed and specific when describing your experiences. The more information we have regarding your abilities, the greater the likelihood you will be contacted about assignments that fit your qualifications. At the end of the enrollment process, you will be asked to sign a Confidentiality Agreement. This agreement must be completed before any project discussions take place. Once you have completed the enrollment process, you will be eligible for a project at any of our Member Companies. We will contact you if a project need arises that appears to match your qualifications.
